Surprise! Here is brand new music video for our song Dans l'eau -de-vie de l'arbre<\/em><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s when he realized that the group had no song about maple syrup that Nicolas Boulerice rolled up his sleeves and got down to business. We\u2019d like to take a moment to pay tribute to the First Nations of Quebec, who were the first to boil maple sap (this is such a strange idea to begin with, as is the case with many recipes!) and to the lands that we share today. May this sap be the liquid of life, of a society, the one we choose and shape, in the hearts of all the humans in our corner of the world. The Reel du caribou, which Olivier found to accompany the song, is borrowed from the repertoire of Jean Carignan.Syrup and Carignan: two examples of essential nutrients.<\/p>\n
