20th anniversary special concert with guests @ Celtic Connections 2023

The renowned Celtic Connections festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary and as part of its prestigious line-up, it’s welcoming Le Vent du Nord in style for its 20th anniversary. One year to the day after the release of their 11th album 20 Printemps, the quintet returns to Glasgow – in person at last – and prepares for a memorable evening with some very special and much loved guests including fellow Québec-based trio Grosse Isle, our long-time Scottish chums Breabach (who we first collaborated with back at Celtic Connections in 2010) a funky brass section and finally our friend and Gaelic superstar Julie Fowlis will grace us with her luminous presence on the hugely atmospheric Old Fruitmarket stage. And just to enhance the party vibe, we’ll be bringing along some of our favourite Québécois beer from the Dieu du Ciel brewery. So in true LVDN style, it’s set to be a night full of energy, laughter and unbridled musical exuberance– we can’t wait to see you there!
